Can I return my order?

At this time, we are not excepting any returns on Twenty Seven products. We don't have the capacity yet to handle this aspect of shipping! We are growing fast and working on developing a smooth return process for 2020. Right now - all sales are final.

What if my package arrives damaged?

We also hate when a postman has a bad day :( please send us an email at to let us know what happened.

When will my package arrive?

We are a small business, but we are speedy! For all printed paper goods - we try to ship them out within a week after your purchase. Items like apparel, phone cases, and mugs are made to order so will often take a little longer to process and ship. You will receive tracking and can also turn on text notifications to get an update every part of the process!

Can I change my shipping address after I submit my order?

As long as your order has not yet been processed or gone to one of our affiliate warehouses - then yes. You can email to let us know. But your best bet is double, triple checking your address on the order before it goes through!

What is your inspiration?

Twenty Seven is built on genuine hope, the color yellow, lots of color dots, and retro typography.

Yes we do - in our favorite city ever's historic downtown. 213 E Bay Street Lakeland, FL 33801.

What are your store hours?

We are open (along with Honeycomb Bread Bakers) Tuesday - Saturday from 8-5 and closed Sunday & Monday.

What does Twenty Seven mean?

Our owner, Jenna, chose this name after her favorite Psalm. She also started dating her husband Connor on July 27, 2015. They have celebrated the 27th of every month for years now - and Jenna wanted her business to be like her favorite day of the month - full of hope and yellow!
